Our sweatpants are made from American fleece using 100% TENCEL™ – an innovative wood fiber fabric. The material is heavy, retains its shape, is soft, and is 100% plant-based. No synthetic fibers, no shine, no pilling.
Why do you develop your own TENCEL™ material?
Because standard isn't enough for us. We work directly with our European partners on the fabric formula – this is how we create fabrics that are specially developed for our cuts, requirements, and customer needs . It's more complex, but it pays off – noticeably so every time you wear it.
How does TENCEL™ feel on the skin?
Extremely soft – many customers say it's the softest material they've ever worn. It doesn't itch, it doesn't stick, and it stays pleasantly cool even in warm weather.
How do I properly care for TENCEL™ clothing?
For best results, wash your BREDDY'S garments made from 100% TENCEL™ on the delicate or gentle wash cycle – ideally at 30°C. These programs have lower spin speeds, which protects the material and prevents shrinkage.
Use a mild detergent, avoid fabric softener, and briefly reshape your TENCEL™ garments after washing before hanging them up. This will keep them soft, smooth, and durable – all without ironing.
Where does the wood for TENCEL™ come from?
The cellulose comes from certified, sustainably managed forests in Europe . Production takes place in a closed-loop system with minimal resource consumption.
Is your TENCEL™ clothing suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes – TENCEL™ is particularly skin-friendly and naturally antibacterial. Many people with sensitive skin report feeling especially comfortable in our TENCEL™ garments.
Do I sweat less in TENCEL™?
