Our clothing is made from innovative, sustainable materials:

Are BREDDY'S vegan?
Yes, our products are completely vegan. We avoid animal-derived ingredients and are committed to sustainable production.
What is special about the BIOS+ material?
BIOS+ consists of 45% castor, 42% polyamide & 3% EA Lycra, impresses with its adaptability, robustness and also helps to minimise your own CO2 footprint. BIOS+ has quick-drying, antibacterial, water-, dirt- and wind-repellent and non-iron properties. With their smooth surface, BIOS+ styles can be used universally and are suitable for every eventuality - from weddings to mountain tours.
Why is castor oil material more sustainable than other materials, e.g. cotton?
The special thing about castor oil is the way it is cultivated and the plant's natural robustness. It grows on barren soils that do not compete with food crops or forest areas and requires significantly less water during the growth phase than conventional natural raw materials. In addition, pesticides and chemicals are also completely avoided during the growth phase.

Do your products shrink during washing?
The products do not shrink when washed - provided the washing instructions are followed. Care should also be taken not to use fabric softener, as this can change the fibres of the material.
Do your products need to be ironed?
The products are non-iron and do not need to be ironed as they mould to the body after being put on. If you still want to iron them, you can do so on a low setting with a cloth in between.
What are the advantages of the materials that BREDDY'S uses, what is the material behaviour like?
The material is very comfortable on the body and adapts to the shape of the body without wearing out or bulging - especially in areas such as the waistband or knee area - and the materials also take on the body temperature, which is why they can be worn in a temperature range between -10 and +30 degrees without freezing or sweating. Abrasion or wear - in most cases in the crotch area, but also at the knees - is reduced by the combination of weave and fabric composition - which means that the material is more resistant and the product is therefore more durable.

How can I order BREDDY'S?
Simply order online in our shop!
We do not offer telephone orders, but you can make an appointment via our website to try on our products in person.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone. Outside of our opening hours, the best way to contact us is by email at:bestellungen@breddys.com
We usually pack and dispatch your order by 2.00 pm on the next working day. If your order is already on its way, we can no longer change or cancel it. However, you have a 100-day right of return and we also offer a free exchange of your order.
What payment options do I have?
We offer the following payment options: American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Visa
Where and how do I redeem my discount code?
You can redeem your discount code or voucher code directly in the shopping basket. Simply add your desired products to the shopping basket. Click on "Add discount code" and enter your discount code. The value will be deducted directly from your total purchase value.
Where and how do I redeem my voucher code?
You can redeem your voucher code directly at checkout. In addition to the option to select your delivery address, you will also see an overview of your shopping basket. You can enter your voucher code in the "Voucher card or discount code" field. Then click on Apply. The value will be deducted directly from your total purchase value. If you still have a remaining amount on your voucher code after your order, the voucher code can be redeemed again.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs in Germany and Austria.
For shipping to other countries we charge 15,10 € shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
We ship your order by post. You should receive your package within 3–5 business days.
Can I track my consignment?
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking ID.
You can then call up your tracking ID at any time in your customer account via Order.
Loyalty points
How does the loyalty points system work?
For every purchase, you collect loyalty points that you can redeem on your next purchase. You can find the details in your customer account on our website.

How does the referral program work?
Recommend BREDDY'S to your friends and you both benefit!
Your friend receives 15% off their first order.
You also get 15% discount on your next purchase.
Simply share your referral link, which you can find in your customer account.
Complaints and returns
How do I return a product?
Log in to the webshop with your user profile. Click on the order you want to return. Then select "Request return". Select your products and the reason for and reason for the return. We will process your return and then send you a label.
Who bears the return costs?
The customer shall bear the return costs unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly.
I would like to return products from two different orders. What is the best way to do this?
You can select products in the returns portal. Simply select the items you would like to return in the returns section.
How do I make a complaint?
Log in to the webshop with your user profile. Click on the order you want to return. Then select "Request return". Select "Damaged or defective" as the reason, then add a more detailed description in the note field. We will then contact you by email for more details.
