Order and purchase

I have ordered the wrong product. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (button on the top left of the website) or phone. Outside our opening hours you can reach us best by mail to:bestellungen@breddys.com.

We usually pack and ship your order by 14:00 on the next business day. If your order is already on its way, we cannot change or cancel the order. However, you have 100 days right of return and we also offer free exchange of the order.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options: American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Visa

Where and how do I redeem my discount code?

You can redeem your discount code or coupon code directly in the shopping cart. Simply add your desired products to the shopping cart. Click on "Add discount code" and enter your discount code. The value will be deducted directly from the total purchase value.

Where and how do I redeem my coupon code?

You can redeem your voucher code directly in the check-out. There you get next to the possibility to choose your delivery address and an overview of your shopping cart. In the field "coupon card or discount code" you can enter your coupon code. Then you click on Apply. The value will be deducted directly from the total purchase value. If you still have a remaining amount on your voucher code after your order, the voucher code can be redeemed again.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

From a value of goods of 100 € there are no shipping costs in Germany and Austria.

Under 100 € we charge shipping costs in the amount of:
10,50 € to Germany
7,50 € to Austria

Shipping to other countries will be charged 15,10 € shipping costs.

Can I track my shipment?

Sobald deine Sendung versandt wurde. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking ID.
You can then access your tracking ID at any time in your customer account via Order.


What is special about the BIOS+ material?

BIOS+ is made of 45% castor, 42% polyamide & 3% EA Lycra, impresses with adaptability, robustness and incidentally also helps to minimize your own CO2 footprint. BIOS+ has quick-drying, antibacterial, water-, dirt- & wind-repellent as well as non-iron properties. With their smooth surface, the models from BIOS+ are universally applicable and make every eventuality with - from wedding to mountain tour.

What is special about the SEAQUAL material?

We would like to draw attention to the pollution of the oceans and support the Ocean Clean-Ups of the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE.

These produce from "Upcycled Marine Platic" the so-called SEAQUAL ® Garn, which is further processed into a durable fabric. It is from this very fabric that we have developed two of our new favorite pants - our Bold MAGGY & Classic DANNY.

Why is the material from castor more sustainable than other materials, such as cotton?

What is special about castor oil as a raw material is the way it is cultivated and the naturally given robustness of the plant. It grows on poor soils that are in no competition with food crops or forest areas, needs significantly less water during the growth phase than conventional natural raw materials. In addition, pesticides and chemicals are also completely omitted during the growing phase.

What is special about the Basic/Strong material?

Basic is made of 96% polyamide and 4% Lycra which creates a jeans-like surface texture. Basic has quick-drying, non-iron and water-, dirt- & wind-repellent properties.

What is the difference between Basic and Strong

Basic is slightly lighter and thinner. Thus perfect for the warm seasons.
Strong is firmer and stronger. Therefore perfect for the colder months.

Do your products shrink when washed?

The products do not shrink during washing - provided that the washing instructions are followed. Likewise, care should be taken not to use fabric softener, as it can change the fibers of the material.

Do you need to iron your products?

The products are non-iron and do not need to be ironed, because they adapt to the body after dressing. If you still want to iron them, you can do it on a low setting with a cloth in between.

What are the advantages of the materials BREDDY'S uses, how is the material behavior?

The material behaves very comfortably on the body and adapts to the shape of the body without wearing out or bulging - especially in places like the waistband or knees.The materials also accept the body temperature, which is why you can wear them in a temperature window between -10 and +30 degrees without freezing or sweating. The abrasion or wear - in most cases in the crotch area, but also at the knees - is reduced by the combination of weave and fabric composition - which means that the material is more resistant and the product is therefore more durable.

Complaints and returns

Are returns free of charge?

Yes, you can return the products to us within 100 days without giving any reason and free of charge.

How do I return a product?

You can return ordered products free of charge. To do so, please send us an email with your order number and a short information why you want to return your order to retouren@breddys.com We will send you a return label by mail.please note that we can not accept packages sent freight collect.

I would like to return products from two different orders. What is the best way to do this?

This is no problem at all. Please write us a mail to retouren@breddys.com with the order numbers you want to return. We will send you a return label for your orders and a return form for each order, which you should fill out and put in the package. Simply stick the label on the package, insert the returns and return forms and send the package back to us.

How do I make a complaint?

If you have received a product that is broken, for example, you can complain about it. Please send an e-mail with the following information to retouren@breddys.com:

- Image documentation

- How the damage occurred

- How often the garment was worn between washes

- For online purchases: Order number

- For in-store purchases: copy of receipt

In this way you will help us to process your complaint as quickly as possible..

I bought a product online. Can I return or exchange it directly in one of the stores?

Yes you can! Just send a mail to retouren@breddys.com and tell us your invoice number and the store where you would like to exchange your order. We will then forward it directly to our store staff.
