The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All prices include VAT at the statutory rate.
Payment for the goods shall be made in accordance with the payment methods proposed in the order process and the terms and conditions stated. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods if the result of the verification of your data (identity and credit check) requires it.
In the event of late payment, we shall charge interest on arrears at a rate of 12%. In addition, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees. You undertake to reimburse all costs, expenses and cash outlays incurred by us in pursuing our claims. This also includes all out-of-court costs of a commissioned collection agency or lawyer, irrespective of any obligation to reimburse costs under procedural law.
