We don't make fashion. We make clothes.

There's a difference between fashion and clothing. Fashion follows trends. Clothing accompanies you. Fashion is replaced. Clothing remains.

BREDDY'S has decided not to create fashion. Instead, we develop clothing that truly works in everyday life – for men and women over 30 who know what matters. Who recognize quality. Who don't need a show.

1. Why clothing fails today

Have you ever wondered why a T-shirt looks like it's been washed a hundred times after ten washes? Why pants that fit perfectly when you bought them lose their shape after one season? Why clothes advertised as sustainable still need to be replaced after a short time?

This is no coincidence. Many brands don't make money on quality – they make money on replacements. The faster you buy a replacement, the better their business does.

BREDDY'S doesn't build a business on replacement. We build it on the opposite.

What's really going wrong

We see three patterns that repeat themselves in the fashion industry:

-> Cheap sounds good – until the fabric loses its shape after two washes and the seams give way. Then, cheap ends up being more expensive.

-> Sustainable sounds good – until you realize that the recycled fibers were poorly processed and the jacket has faded after one season. Then the label was just a marketing promise, not a reality.

-> Timeless sounds good – until you see that the piece, while lacking a logo, has a cut that will look outdated in two years. Then timeless was just another word for temporary.

BREDDY'S thinks differently. And does things differently.

2. What BREDDY'S really is

BREDDY'S is a premium European brand for functional everyday wear. Not an outdoor label. Not a streetwear brand. Not a designer brand for special occasions.

But clothing for real life. For the morning, the long day, the evening after. For the meeting and the journey there. For men and women who don't want to think twice about their clothes – because they chose the right thing the first time.

Function. Durability. Substance.

Four principles that determine everything

Every BREDDY'S product is created according to the same four principles. Not as a marketing promise – but as a genuine basis for decision-making during development:

-> Function over trend: What really helps you in everyday life? That's the first question we ask. Not: What's currently popular?

-> Longevity instead of seasonal thinking: We don't develop collections that are outdated after three months. We develop pieces that will still fit just as well in five years.

-> Material expertise instead of promises: We select materials based on technical criteria, not on what looks good on a hang tag.

-> European production instead of the Far East: All our products are made in Europe – fairly paid, carefully controlled, with short supply chains and clear conditions.

3. The materials behind BREDDY'S

A garment's capabilities almost always depend on the material. That's why we invest most in this area – in fibers that offer more than the standard and still feel good.

TENCEL

TENCEL™ is made from wood pulp – a renewable resource processed in closed-loop systems. The result is a fiber that feels silky soft and warm against the skin, regulates moisture, and is biodegradable. No plastic. No compromises.

Castor-based fibers

Castor oil is one of the most resource-efficient bases for textile fibers – because the plant requires no irrigation and grows in soils unsuitable for food crops. The result: a lightweight, elastic fiber that adapts to the body while consuming very few resources.

Recycled fabrics

At BREDDY'S, recycling doesn't mean a loss of quality. We use reclaimed post-consumer materials that are just as good as new products in terms of feel, stability, and durability – and require less water, energy, and raw materials.

The result: clothing that retains its shape. That is dirt- and water-repellent where it makes sense. That is robust enough to withstand the demands of everyday life.

4. Sustainability that is no excuse

The word sustainability has a problem: it's used too often to mean too little. A recycled polyester jacket that ends up in the trash after two years isn't sustainable. It's just well-marketed.

At BREDDY'S, we understand sustainability differently – namely as a direct consequence of quality. Clothes that last aren't replaced. Clothes that aren't replaced don't end up in the trash. That's the simplest, most honest contribution a brand can make.

What this means in concrete terms

-> No seasonal thinking: We don't produce excess quantities because we don't cater to trend cycles. What we develop remains relevant.

-> European manufacturing: Short supply chains, fair wages, strict quality controls – and you know where your clothes come from.

-> Material responsibility: TENCEL, castor fibers, recycled fabrics – every material is selected according to ecological and technical criteria.

-> Durability as a promise: Dimensional stability and material resistance are not nice extras. They are the core of everything we do.

Buying sustainably doesn't mean thinking more often. It means having to buy less often.

5. Who BREDDY'S is made for

BREDDY'S is made for people who don't need quality explained to them. Who feel the difference when they hold a piece in their hands. Who don't have time for clothes they have to think about twice – and therefore want to buy the right thing the first time.

They are men and women aged 30 and over. From Vienna. From other Austrian cities. From German-speaking Europe. People with demanding daily lives – from them and from what they wear.

No visible logo. No fashionable frills. No explanations needed. Just clothing that works.

What they have in common

-> They prefer to buy the right thing once rather than the cheapest thing three times.

-> You can recognize quality – by the feel, the fit, the way a piece lasts throughout the day.

-> They don't want to define themselves by their clothes, but they do want to feel comfortable.

-> They value European standards – in production, materials and design.

6. BREDDY'S and Vienna

Vienna is no coincidence. The city stands for ambition, for consistency, for a culture that prioritizes quality over speed. That's exactly what we want, too.

In Vienna, BREDDY'S finds people who understand what the brand stands for. They know that a quality product comes at a price – and that this price is worth it. They see European production not as a marketing ploy, but as a fundamental principle.

BREDDY'S is based in Vienna. And Vienna is a market that understands that.

What BREDDY'S promises

No trend. No season. No empty promises.

But clothes you wear often. Wear for a long time. And don't have to replace. Clothes made from innovative materials, produced in Europe, with a clean design – and that simply work in everyday life.

This is BREDDY'S. Nothing more. But nothing less either. Substance you can feel. Quality that lasts.
