Customer Service Representative 10-15 hours/week - with option to increase hours

In this responsible job you are customer service and product consultant in online consulting. You are patient, friendly, reliable, conscientious, solution-oriented and you are a good listener.

Deine Aufgaben
- You advise our customers both by phone and in writing via WhatsApp, mail, Facebook, Instagram on all questions about our product
- Telephone customer service (product, brand, sustainability, payments, shipments, etc.)
- Administrative activities in customer service

- Good written and spoken language skills (German and English)

The minimum gross monthly salary is calculated according to the collective agreement. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and work experience.
